About Us

Paavai Institutions had its genesis in the year 1998 and since then it has moulded thousands of students into culpable citizens of the country and become a premier institution in South India. Paavai Institutions is headed by the Chairman Shri. CA.N.V.Natarajan, B.Com, FCA, and his Board of Trustees and Directors who have diverse experience in the fields of Finance, Accountancy, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Food Processing and Medicine.

Paavai Institutions inducts over 4500 students every year in Engineering, Polytechnic, Educational training, Arts, Science and Management studies with a mission to provide value based education in conjunction with sports and extracurricular activities. The institution has a strength of over 12000 students with over 800 faculty and 1200 staff members.

Started as a women’s polytechnic institution in 1998 as Paavai Women’s Polytechnic, the trust and management had developed the institution to be sustainable into various fields of education. After 3 years of rigorous work, Paavai Engineering College had its inception in 2001 and Paavai Women’s Polytechnic was converted to a Coeducational institution, Paavai Polytechnic College.

The institution since its inception has incorporated value based education and imbibed discipline amongst the students by focusing on all-round development in curricular and extra-curricular activities. Paavai’s Phenomenal Growth was followed by the opening of several institutions like Paavai College of Engineering, Pavai College of Technology, Paavaai Group of Institutions – School of Engineering and Management Studies, Pavai Varam Polytechnic College, Pavai Arts & Science College for Women, Paavai College of Education, Paavai Vidhyashram CBSE School, Paavai Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Paavai IAS Academy and Paavai Nrithyalaya.
